** The Summer 2008 ratings period was the last to utilize diary methodology. Following the end of the survey period, Personal People Meters (PPM) became the method with which radio listening was tracked by Arbitron in the metro survey area. With the PPM, the surveys increase in frequency from quarterly to monthly and the age range is expanded from Persons 12 and older to Persons 6 and older. (The PPM months are not tied to calendar months, instead they are four week survey periods, resulting in a 13th "Holiday" month from mid-December thru the first part of January.)
